02Hosting
This website is hosted by [Hosting provider, registered office]. The servers are located in [Germany / EU]. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts and all other files are delivered from our own server; no connections to third parties such as Google Fonts or CDNs involving personal data are established when you visit the site.
03Server log files
When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser:
- IP address (shortened or pseudonymised)
- Date and time of the request
- Page visited and amount of data transferred
- Referrer URL, browser type and operating system

05Contact form and enquiries
If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, email address, phone number, property location, your message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
Enquiries submitted via the form are stored in our database and forwarded by email to the responsible MEGA Haustechnik staff. The data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We store your enquiry for five years from receipt. After that, your name, contact details, message and all other personal data are deleted automatically; only an anonymous record for our statistics remains (date received, requested service, processing status). Submissions recognised as spam are deleted completely after 30 days. Statutory retention obligations (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO) for documents arising from an enquiry, such as quotes or invoices, remain unaffected; these documents are kept outside this website.
